Delivery times
- Orders placed before 14:00 Irish time on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
- Ireland: next working day after dispatch.
- Europe: 3 to 5 working days.
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days, plus any time in customs.
You'll get a DPD tracking number by email when your parcel leaves us.
Customs, duties and VAT
Prices on the site include Irish VAT. If you're in another EU country you're charged your own country's VAT instead, at the checkout, and nothing more on delivery. Outside the EU, including Great Britain, the price is shown without VAT and your country's import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier or customs before delivery. We can't estimate those charges and they're not refundable if you refuse a parcel.
Batteries and hazardous goods
Lithium cells and anything else classed as dangerous goods can only travel by road, so those items ship to Ireland and mainland Europe only. The product page says so where it applies.
