Yes. Email us with your VAT number before you order and we'll set your account up for reverse-charge invoicing. Automatic VAT-number validation at checkout is on its way.

Worldwide, from Ireland, by DPD. See the shipping page for rates and delivery times. Batteries and other dangerous goods are limited to Ireland and mainland Europe.

Most orders leave the same or next working day. Ireland is next-day after dispatch, Europe three to five working days, elsewhere five to ten plus customs.

Yes. You'll get a DPD tracking link by email when it ships, and it's also on your order page if you checked out with an account.

Consumers in the EU can cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery and return the goods unused for a refund. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded at any time within the statutory period. Full details are in the terms and conditions.

Out-of-stock items can usually still be ordered as a backorder and ship when stock lands, which is normally within a couple of weeks. Email us if you need a firm date.
